T01 - Common interface to CDS services

Development of a common interface to the CDS services (VizieR, SIMBAD, Aladin): CDS portal.

• Cone-search like interface to SIMBAD, VizieR and Aladin, using Ajax
• List services capabilities and input/output mappings

This is a cross-DS issue with DS4 task T06.
